I view therapy as an opportunity to explore life’s concerns in a creative and supportive environment. Therapy is a different journey for all, and I hope to offer you a space to process current and past issues, as well as offer tangible resources in building a life you want. My hope is for everyone to thrive and not just survive! I have over 15 years of experience as a licensed clinician and my specialties are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) which both serve to reduce distress, improve mood, enhance relationships and build a full and robust life. I use CBT and DBT to teach how to understand and regulate emotions, problem solve difficulties and learn coping skills to manage life’s stressors. I tailor evidence-based interventions by focusing on the uniqueness of each individual. Through a collaborative approach we will discover what works best for you.
