My goal with every client is to take an empathetic, holistic, and trauma-informed approach to counseling, and to collaborate with my client based on their unique needs and goals. I strive to create an atmosphere where each client feels safe, seen, and understood. I love helping others navigate and make meaning out of their pain. My specific areas of interest in counseling include anxiety, relationship issues, depression, grief & loss, attachment issues, and life transitions.
