Greetings, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 20 years of experience. I earned a Master of Social Work degree from Indiana University, and started my career as a medical social worker, providing crisis intervention, disease management, and facilitating care transitions in the hospital setting. Before transitioning to an independent provider role, I worked with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) advocating for dialysis and transplant patients, their families, and caregivers. I oversaw patient and family engagement activities and projects, managed grievances, or access to care concerns, and provided technical support and assistance to dialysis providers. Currently, I provide talk-therapy and clinical consultation services in different independent contractor roles throughout Indiana and Rhode Island. I offer an eclectic style of practices, using psychodynamic, solution-focused, and person-centered therapy approaches to help individuals and families experiencing a variety of life stressors or transitions.
