Are you someone who has experienced abuse from people you should have been able to trust and ever since then you have felt fragmented or experienced disassociation from yourself or the world around you? Maybe you have been more in your head and less in your heart due to a fear of losing control or being hurt again. Or perhaps you have pursued knowledge and various therapies in a, so far, elusive quest to finally find peace of mind without success. Because of the isolating nature of the trauma, maybe you have been unable to connect with others and feel unworthy. I am a psychotherapist and a hypnotherapist. If you desire to experience deep healing and an integration of the different parts of yourself, then I would like to try and assist you. The hypnotherapy that I offer can potentially provide you with the eventual release of the pain and an improved relationship with yourself and others.
