I believe within every person is the ability to conquer challenges and overcome their past situations. I want to help unlock your potential and the ability to see how powerful you are in overcoming the obstacles you face. I am a mom, sister, daughter, minister, and friend---all of these roles require a unique connection. I help others learn how to relate and excel in their lives and in relating to others. My specialty is working to help my clients understand how family plays a part in how we see ourselves in the world and how we see the world around us. I work with all types: singles, couples, married, and families to help maximize their strengths within the context of relationships. We offer both masters level pre-license and a licensed therapist taking insurance and sliding scale. I work with people who are dealing with grief, anxiety, depression, divorce, and relationship issues. You know yourself best and the story you want to write. I'll be here to help.
