I am a seasoned psychotherapist who specializes in helping you get out of your own way! This may mean resolving past traumatic experiences, learning healthy self-regulation skills for responding appropriately to life situations, getting “unstuck” from behavior patterns that do not support the kind of life and relationships you want to have, and transforming the way you show up in the world: poised, confident, and engaged. I work with adults who want to let go, move on, and get out of their own way. I utilize a holistic approach in my work which focuses on identifying and resolving the root cause of issues rather than just relieving symptoms. I have a background in natural and bioenergetic medicine which informs my holistic approach to mental health care, addressing mind, body, and heart (spirit).
