I provide a safe, judgment free space to discuss any and all challenges that life brings you. I allow clients to play a huge role in the direction of their session, providing a place to discuss past traumas and struggles when they feel ready to do so. My goal is for you leave each session with a better understanding of who you are and how you will overcome what lies ahead. It can be hard to bring yourself to get help. I understand this, and I am happy to meet you halfway. I am happy to see all age groups, genders, and diagnoses, and my specialties include the LGBT community and teenagers.
