I am also dedicated to helping people who are struggling with grief and loss, depression and anxiety. I believe in the human connection and bring warmth, empathy and humor into our work together. My goal is to offer my clients the tools to tap into their own inner strengths and to help cultivate growth and gain skills to take on life's challenges.
