Hello, I'm Carolyn Thomas, LCSW. I've spent over 30 years supporting individuals and families through seasons of change, growth, and healing as a former educator and now a therapist. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and compassionate. I believe therapy is a partnership, and I honor the courage it takes to show up for yourself. I specialize in helping people work through grief and loss, anxiety, life transitions, self-worth challenges and relationship stress. I often blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, trauma-informed care, Gottman Therapy, and mindfulness approaches. Together, we slow down enough to hear what your mind and body have been trying to say, and we build lasting tools that help you feel grounded and empowered in your daily life.
