I am a Licensed Professional Counselor serving clients in Oregon and Tennessee, and a Mental Health Service Provider in Washington. As an addiction and trauma specialist, I bring over a decade of experience supporting individuals and groups navigating substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Pacific University and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Tennessee. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches. When desired, I also integrate mindfulness-based strategies to support emotional regulation, resilience, and whole-person healing.
At the heart of my practice is a deeply human-centered approach. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I believe healing happens within a safe, collaborative relationship built on unconditional positive regard and practical tools for meaningful change. Together, we identify your personal goals and develop a path forward that aligns with your values and lived experience.
My primary clinical background is in substance use treatment, and I work comfortably within both harm reduction and abstinence-based frameworks, honoring each client’s individual recovery journey.
Please note: I am not currently accepting new adolescent clients.
