Welcome! My name is Casey and I am a LCSW with over 20 years of experience. I work to provide a calm and peaceful environment where healing can happen. In treatment I focus heavily on increasing awareness through the use of mindfulness. For example, consider how much time we spend thinking about the past or future compared to the present. Too much time in the future breeds anxiety while too much time in the past breeds depression. The present is where we find peace even for just a moment. I Provide both Telehealth and In Person Treatment. Clinically, I specialize in the treatment of Trauma, Anxiety issues, and Mood issues even though I have worked with most issues during my career. My style is based off of Mindfulness based intervention. I have received extensive training in EMDR as well as other treatments for trauma. I like to help understand patterns and triggers as a way of increasing our overall understanding. This awareness can be so helpful in making long lasting changes.
