I’m a therapist who believes everyone deserves kindness and support, no matter what they’re going through. Before I became a therapist, I worked in schools helping high school students with learning and thinking differences. That taught me to be patient, creative, and to help people set goals they care about. Now, I work with kids, teens, adults, and families who are feeling worried, sad, or facing tough changes. My goal is to help you find your strengths, learn new ways to handle problems, and feel better about yourself. When we work together, I want you to feel safe, respected, and understood. Outside of work, I love kayaking, being on boats, and exploring new places. I believe trying new things and being curious helps us all grow. I’m here to support you as you find your own path and take steps toward the life you want.
