I help people reconnect with their inner strength, find clarity in chaos, and build lives that feel more grounded and peaceful.
I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist with a Master’s in Counseling from California State University Los Angeles, where I specialized in school-based family counseling. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to the unique needs of each person I work with.
I work with teens (13+) and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My background includes working as a psychiatric social worker, where I supported individuals dealing with everything from acute mental health crises to addiction and family strain.
I’m trained in EMDR and use an eclectic, integrative style—drawing from modalities that best fit your needs, whether that’s trauma processing, skill-building, or exploring deeper patterns. In addition to EMDR, I often integrate parts work and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients connect with their inner world in a deeper, more compassionate way.
I offer flexible daytime and evening telehealth appointments, and I work with clients both short- and long-term depending on their goals. Therapy isn’t about being “fixed”—it’s about uncovering the strength and resilience that already exist within you. I’d be honored to support you in that process.
