Anxiety, depression, and trauma can at times interfere with our connection to ourselves and our connection to others. The good news is that we can increase our self-awareness and welcome the parts of us that long to be included. When we feel more connected to ourselves, we have the ability to connect more with the world around us. We can grow in our inner wisdom and the ability to process information in a loving, generous way. We can have more fluid, flexible thinking, more self-acceptance, and the ability to live with the uncertainties of life. When we open, the whole world opens, too.
I use a gentle approach to access parts of self that want to be integrated into the whole. I offer compassionate listening, Lifespan Integration, and Brainspotting as tools for dealing with past traumas. I specialize in anxiety, grief, trauma, and life transitions.
Whether it's your first time to try therapy or you have been in the therapeutic process before, I welcome you to this space and look forward to hearing from you.
