Hi, I’m Jean—your friendly neighborhood therapist, here to help you navigate the ups and downs of life with clinical expertise and just the right amount of humor. With 20 years in the mental health field, I’ve helped people face everything from daily stress to major turning points—and I believe therapy doesn’t have to be heavy to be effective. Therapy with me is collaborative, down-to-earth, and often lighthearted when it helps. I work with clients facing everything from anxious spirals and low motivation to relationship gridlock and big existential “what now?” moments. My job is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward—even if the path looks a little messy at first. I earned my master’s degree in social work and am psychotherapy privileged, so you’re in capable hands. I’m well-versed in CBT, ACT, DBT, PE, MI, and SFBT—basically, I’ve got a clinical toolbox as diverse as your Spotify playlist. We’ll pull from what works best for you and build a plan that fits your unique goals and style. My mission is to empower you to make meaningful change, build resilience, gain fresh perspective, and maybe even develop a few inside jokes along the way. Ready to start this journey together? Let’s put those challenges in the rearview mirror.
