My name is Celesta Palmer and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Tennessee. As an EMDR-trained trauma therapist, I help teens, adults, and couples heal trauma, repair relationships, and find peace. In my therapeutic practice, I work with teens ages 13+ with identity development, low self-esteem, and emotion regulation. I partner with adults working through complex trauma, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, codependency, and family of origin issues. I collaborate with couples facing relational conflict and ineffective communication. I also specialize in counseling for multiracial individuals and interracial relationships.
