I have 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults helping them through life's challenges and developing tools they need to thrive. I can help to process and heal from the complexities of depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, etc. My therapeutic approach is open and warm, and centered around building strong relationships, developing coping skills, and promoting resilience. I have been trained in multiple evidence-based practices rooted in CBT and trauma-focused interventions.
