I knew I wanted to be a therapist when encountered so many individuals that were dealing with current and past emotional strongholds. I found myself becoming a listener ear and offering support and guidance. I believe change happens when you have an opportunity to examine yourself and realize their is a problem and you then start taking steps to move in the direction for the change to take place. Clients who get the most out of therapy with me are open to and willing to try new things. I am very creative in my therapeutic techniques and understand that all clients needs are different. I am a Certified Bariatric Counselor specializing in trauma, obesity, and weight loss. Open to working with adolescents ages 13 and older.
