I am Christinia Hinton, LPC based in Hoover, Alabama, offering in-office and telehealth services. Specializing in working with young people, adolescents, and young adults, focusing on emotional growth and healthy coping strategies. Therapeutic approaches include (DBT) to manage emotions and improve relationships, and (CBT) to challenge negative thinking and foster positive patterns. I provide services to clients facing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, cognitive disorders, and emotional or behavioral issues. I tend to create a calm, warm, and inviting environment for clients to feel safe and heard. My passion for helping others, drives me to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others mental health and well-being. In the first session, my focus is on building rapport, understanding the client’s needs, and collaboratively setting treatment goals. My mission is to support my clients through life's challenges, emphasizing that no one has to face them alone.
