It is my job to help you find a way to make adjustments in your daily life that will help you improve decision making, find solutions to problems, and develop and maintain relationships with frank and honest communication. I have worked in the mental health field for 23+ years. I specialize in counseling for issues surrounding military / veteran issues, aging, long-term care, chronic medical conditions, suicide, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, life transitions/mid-life crisis, parenting, trauma, and work & life balance.
