Hello, my name is Connolly Harrigan and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have been in this field of work for approximately ten years. I currently own my practice, Practicing Change Licensed Mental Health Counseling, PLLC, which has been operating since January of 2023. I am a person-centered therapist that believes in collaboration between the individual and counselor, in treatment planning. It is important to me to develop healthy and strong therapeutic relationships with each individual I work with, to help them reach their counseling goals effectively. I currently work with individuals over the age of 10 years. I work with individuals who struggle with substance use and addiction, anxiety and depression, work/life balance, relationships, parent/child conflict, mild-moderate trauma, food/weight challenges, and much more.
