Welcome! I practice psychodynamically in Hayes Valley with adolescents, adults, and couples. I work with identity formation, depression, anxiety, stuckness of all kinds, life transitions, grief, trauma, and more. There comes a point for most when our internal dialogues stop feeling fresh. We need a place all our own to be heard and attended to. I'll meet you where you're at, at your pace. We just weren’t meant to solve everything on our own. Working together, we'll seek to understand the sources of your distress and then work towards creating a space where solutions can emerge and you start to feel better. The skills I bring help keep the work moving forward, as gently and safely as needed. And while I'll bring my own perspectives from experience and training, I also welcome pushback. This is a collaborative space. I'll look forward to meeting you!
