You’re here because something inside you—maybe a spark, maybe an ember, maybe a whole damn wildfire—knows you deserve better than the stress, pain, or patterns you’ve been dragging around. That flicker of hope you’re feeling? That’s the start of real transformation. I’m Courtenay Collins, LCSW. For nearly two decades, I’ve walked alongside strong, exhausted, big-hearted humans who are ready to feel safe in their own minds again. My approach is grounded, direct, trauma-informed, and always rooted in the belief that you carry more wisdom than you realize—I just help you find it. Together we focus on empowering your healing journey across a range of complex challenges: PTSD, long-term trauma recovery, burnout, codependency healing, boundary-setting, and the tangled mess of spiritual or sexual trauma are some of the things you can heal from. I’m deeply connected to the LGBTQIA+ community, especially those who carry the wounds of harmful religious environments or the ache of feeling like they were “too much” or “not enough” for the families and faiths that shaped them. My work blends CBT, CPT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, ACT, and strengths-based care with a very human understanding of what it feels like to hold everything together while quietly falling apart. Teachers, caregivers, healers, helpers, people-pleasers, overachievers—if you’ve spent years taking care of everyone but yourself, you’re in the right place. So let’s do this. You know yourself better than anyone; I’m just the trusty sidekick who helps you clear the fog so you can see your own power again. In my space, you get honesty without judgment, compassion without coddling, and practical tools without the clinical jargon. I celebrate your courage, your messiness, your breakthroughs, and your slow days. And whether we’re rebuilding boundaries, untangling a lifetime of trauma, exploring your identity, or just trying to get through Tuesday, we do it together—with clarity, humor, warmth, and a whole lot of high-fives.
