I am a Licensed Psychologist specializing in CBT and evidence-based treatments for symptoms of depression, anxiety and trauma. I completed my Doctor of Psychology at Immaculata University in 2016, as well as a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College in 2010. My training as a CBT provider was completed through the Beck Community Initiative at The University of Pennsylvania. In addition to providing individual psychotherapy, I am also passionate about training and coaching parents/caregivers in using effective behavioral management strategies for children. I completed training in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Child Adult Relationship Enhancement (CARE) through Judge Baker Children's Center at Harvard Medical School. As a therapist and fellow parent, I am here to help you navigate "tantrum land," while also providing a therapeutic space to process and work on personal therapy goals.
