Seeking therapy is not an easy decision but with a safe space to explore complex feelings it makes the process less overwhelming. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 9 years of experience, with extensive experience and training providing direct clinical services to clients ages 3 and up. I specialize in treating a variety of needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, emotional-regulation, self-esteem, and relationship conflicts. My focus is to empower and support clients while working towards healing and recovery. In sessions I incorporate a mixture of therapeutic techniques and modalities such as psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along side relational and traditional talk based therapy.
