I grew up in a small Colorado mountain town and spent my childhood having wildly fun adventures - playing outdoors, doing chores, and running my own detective agency graciously sanctioned by the Town Marshall. My professional life took a meandering path from CPA to FBI Special Agent to licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). For 10 years, I lived in Europe and worked on U.S. Military Installations providing therapy to families and teens. Eventually, I became the Program Manager for this U.S. Air Force program based in Europe. I relocated back to the United States in 2022 and reside in Phoenix, Arizona. I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I utilize evidence-based treatment modalities and am laser focused in my approach. We will work together to gain clarity, create goals, utilize your strengths, and implement skills to make positive and long-lasting change.
