I’m a therapist who has over 13 years of experience and love working with clients all ages. I'm specialized in anxiety and trauma. I help my clients overcome worries, high level of stress, anxiety, panic attacks, relationship issues and symptoms related to trauma in order for them reach their goals and grow into the best version of themselves. Some of my clients described me as warm, kind, calm and direct. I'm passionate about helping my clients create better lives, identify their own strengths, and providing therapy that is both compassionate and practical.
