Life can be tough at times, and the great news is that you do not have to navigate it alone! As a therapist with clinical training in trauma-informed practices and an abundance of lived experience, I find joy in helping humanize this journey called life through using a compassionate strength-based approach. Whether you're dealing with addiction, anxiety, depression, family dynamics, grief, life changes, or other challenges, I welcome the opportunity to offer you hope and support, as well as a non-judgmental space for you to be your authentic self. We will use approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other techniques to create positive changes and learn effective skills and tools to manage stress and daily life. During our first session, I will get to know a little about you and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Even if you do not have any goals yet, no worries, we can set some! My goal is for you to feel heard, empowered, challenged, and supported.
