I am a licensed independent clinical social worker with more than 6 years of experience doing clinical work. However, I have always worked in the field of helping others to improve their lives and I find this work rewarding. I have experience in working with a variety of individuals from different walks of life, backgrounds, ethnic groups and cultures, and financial means. I specialize in treating those with a history of traumatic experiences, difficulty with life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, panic disorder and depression. I use a client-centered, solution-focused and collaborative approach - you are the expert in you! I also use a holistic approach by exploring your whole person. I believe if we are not well in one area, it may affect our whole being. By using a variety of evidenced based techniques I will be better able to guide you towards achieving your goals.
