I offer virtual and in person services to help accommodate client's experiencing challenges related to the work place. Many of my clients are high achieving professionals. Despite being successful with their career, my clients are still having challenges with communication, time management, motivation, imposter syndrome, or not feeling confident. I have experience working with children as young as four and adults in their golden years, but my primary age group is adults in the 27 - 40 range. Typically professionals who have settled into their careers. My specialties include motivation, attention challenges, self-esteem, and anxiety. I prioritize teaching my clients the strategies and tools to cope with their challenges. Starting the therapy process can be intimidating and overwhelming, but the relief of talking out challenges and learning strategies is empowering. My therapeutic approach includes being as person centered as possible. This means I am genuinely interested in who you are as a person, your past, and your hopes for the future. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and systems-oriented strategies to collaboratively identify and address the barriers to your success. There will be no judgement on your choices or your history. As a team we will work together to identify the most effective rout forward. I firmly believe in meeting clients where they are—whether that means engaging in therapy while taking a walk, creating a comfortable environment in the therapy room, or offering virtual sessions. My goal is to empower clients by helping them learn effective tools and strategies that they can use to better manage challenges and improve their well-being.
