My approach to therapy is reflective of a Strengths Based model and is client centered. I develop solution focused goals with my clients and prioritize how they feel as most important in developing a treatment plan. I work with people of all ages and backgrounds to address issues related to anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, relationship/family conflict, self-esteem/self-worth, and substance use/addiction.I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with over 20 years of experience.Some therapies I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, positive psychology, person-centered therapy and EMDR.
