Linda believes that participation in therapy is a gift we give ourselves. No matter who we are or the
situations of our lives we are all carrying with us thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviors that are no
longer serving us. Working with a therapist gives you a meaningful opportunity to uncover what is
unseen to you. This process allows you to rewrite your script; to be intentional about how you want
your default operating system to run. Linda is a skillful clinician who has spent her time in studies and career understanding human behavior and the change mechanisms. She received an undergraduate degree in Social Science and a Master’s Degree is in Clinical Psychology from the Adler Graduate School in MN. She practicices as a holistic, strength-based therapist, focusing on the positive qualities of the individual to increase mindful awareness. She is honored to work with individuals as they explore what wellness means to them and to bear witness to authentic self-expression.
Open to working with adolescents ages 13 and older.
