Your pain and wounds, they matter along with all the things they expose such as depression, anxiety, perfectionism, criticism, fear and people pleasing to name a few. It’s an honor to help people navigate and reconcile the pain from their past to create a better future for themselves, their families and generations to come. It brings me such joy to see people find freedom from shame and negative beliefs. I have witnessed profound change in the people I have walked beside on this journey. It’s not all sadness and pain, there is a lot of beauty too.
