I’m a licensed mental health counselor who provides individual, couple and families. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, anger management, work - life stress as well as interpersonal difficulties. I strive to provide my clients with a safe and non-judgmental space where they can explore their barriers but also their goals and strengths and feel motivated to make positive life changes. My goal is to help my clients develop the insight and skills to overcome life barriers and become the best version of themselves. I believe the most important aspect of therapy is the client/therapist relationship and that therapy is a collaborative process. My clients describe me as motivational, supportive, and empowering.
