I received my Master of Arts Degree from California State University Northridge. My therapeutic style is eclectic using many modalities including Solution-Focused perspective, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Compassion-Focused therapy to create a safe and healing environment for her clients. I am passionate about creating an open, warm, and empowering space for her clients to be honest without judgement and believes a good therapeutic relationship includes trust, authenticity, and positive outcomes. I believe in creating a partnership with my clients that focused on their strengths to empower healing and growth.
