I think a lot of people aren’t necessarily struggling with mental illness, but rather, they might be caught in patterns of thinking, feeling, or behaving that just aren’t helping them live the life they want. It’s common to feel like something’s off without always knowing how to fix it. My approach is all about finding those stuck patterns, figuring out what’s causing them, and helping you break free from them.
In our sessions, you can expect a thoughtful conversation where we explore what’s going on and work together to figure out what’s causing the difficulty. We’ll come up with a plan and strategies to help you feel better and start making progress. I believe that if you’re not feeling some relief after 4 or 5 sessions, we should take a step back and reevaluate what we’re doing to make sure we’re on the right track.
