Thank you for stopping by! I work with adults 18-65 who are struggling with issues around depression, anxiety, and life transitions, including the transitions and challenges related to the global pandemic. Many of the individuals I’ve worked with in the past considered themselves geeky. I also enjoy working with individuals who are exploring issues pertaining to non-monogamy or polyamorous relationships. In therapy, I utilize a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution focused therapy. I work from a place of non-judgement and work with folks wherever they’re at in their life, and help them develop goals that they want to achieve.  Previously, I have worked in a variety of settings, including community outreach, crisis work, emergency departments, and outpatient clinics in both PA and WA.
