My style is both insight-oriented and solution-focused. I specialize in helping individuals navigate life transitions, overcome relationship obstacles, and address long-standing or emergent emotional and mental health challenges in a sustainable and meaningful way. My approach to therapy is collaborative and encourages authenticity, accountability, and self-regard. I use extensive training in third-wave cognitive-behavioral therapies, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, relational-cultural, as well as other trauma-informed practices to partner with clients as they cultivate resilience, a sense of fulfillment, safety, and joy in their lives.
