Hello! I am an outpatient therapist who has been working with adults, adolescents, children, couples, and their families for the last six years. I enjoy being a therapist and working with clients. I also believe the relationship between the client and therapist is one of the most important parts to making progress. I have experience in trauma with emotional, physical, and sexual abuse. I also have experience with stress, anxiety, depression, and parenting issues. My counseling style is warm and down to earth. I use a client centered approach and make treatment goals to work on together. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Missouri and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I have a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University in Alamosa, Colorado. I have a cognitive behavior style approach to therapy but also use a lot of psycho-education and empathy when working with clients. My mission is to help individuals find their inner-self and strengths and build them up in order to confront their biggest challenges. The ultimate goal is to grow emotionally and live a fulfilled life. Open to working with children/adolescents 10 years and older.
