A lot of my work has been supporting individuals struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Life adjustments/changes, Relationship issues, and more. While in a safe space, I utilize different modalities such as Strength Based, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and others.
