With over seven years of dedicated experience, I help adults navigate life’s complex challenges—from anxiety, depression, and grief to divorce, work/life balance, and relationship struggles. My work also supports those striving for personal growth, self-esteem improvement, and more fulfilling connections with others. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients reshape unhelpful thought patterns, as well as Psychodynamic Therapy, which connects us to the inner child by exploring how early life experiences shape our emotions, behaviors, and relationships today. I also integrate Motivational Interviewing, a collaborative, goal-oriented style that strengthens a person’s motivation and commitment to change, along with Person-Centered Therapy, which focuses on empathy, acceptance, and genuine connection to foster self-discovery. Additionally, I use Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients identify strengths and actionable steps to create the positive changes they want to see in their lives.
In our sessions, you can expect a blend of mindfulness, authenticity, and just the right amount of humor. I believe therapy should feel supportive and grounded, yet flexible enough to meet you where you are. My goal is to help you build self-awareness, develop healthy coping tools, and rediscover your sense of confidence and peace. Together, we’ll work to create meaningful change—one intentional step at a time.
