Being a native Houstonian, I have a deep love and dedication to the Houston community. I obtained my Master's degree in Social Work from Simmons University, but my service to the community started years before I had a degree. In 2015, I founded a community-based non-profit, Reinforcing Houston, designed to increase access to care, education, and support to black and brown families. Professionally, I have served in an array of clinical settings, but my focus always returns to serving black and brown communities. I am passionate about helping black women heal and helping our communities shift from surviving to thriving. I am a licensed clinical psychotherapist and a certified holistic therapeutic practitioner, and I believe that there is more than one way to heal, and my goal is to help you be your best!
