Im a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been involved in social services for much of my adult life. Ive been a practicing therapist for 3 years. I received a BA in Political Science from the University of Southern Maine and a MSW from Southern University at New Orleans. I employ various interventions including Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR to support people through change.
