Hi, I’m Denise. I’ve always been passionate about helping people strengthen their relationships and create more meaningful connections in their lives. My own experiences as a partner, parent, and professional have shown me how important healthy communication is—not just for resolving conflict, but for building trust, intimacy, and joy.
I primarily work with individuals and couples who want to improve communication, manage conflict, and feel more connected in their relationships. My expertise is in relationships, marriage, and life transitions, and I bring over 20 years of experience as a licensed therapist and coach.
My approach combines warmth and directness with practical, evidence-based strategies. I draw from CBT, mindfulness, and Imago dialogue to help people pause, reflect, and shift into healthier patterns. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m both supportive and straightforward—I help them see new perspectives and give them tools they can actually use in daily life.
Outside of my work, I love spending time with my family (and our two Bengal cats), enjoying coffee, and finding calm in journaling and walks near the water.
