Hi, my name is Dia Williams, I am a Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with diverse populations. I very much like a positive and holistic approach to therapy. Starting your healing journey can seem overwhelming and lonely. My aim is to walk alongside and help you gain a better understanding of how your experiences have impacted the way you approach life. My role is to help you see the mind and body connection by offering a safe space to increase authenticity and vulnerability, deepen self-awareness. Together we will challenge false narratives, and limiting beliefs that contribute to the ongoing contemplation of starting your journey. Everyone's healing journey is unique, so together we will develop coping skills based on your individual needs.
