I believe in the power of human connection. Not just the connection with our family and friends but our connection with everyone we meet. It is the interaction between two people, including client and therapist where we experience who we really are and it is there that we have the opportunity to remove obstacles preventing us from living our authentic lives. My therapeutic approach is based on the understanding that you are a unique individual and that my job is not to “give advice” or “tell you how to live your life’” but instead I help you clear the “challenges” so that you can see the path that your meant to take.
