Just a few words about myself and how I approach the counseling expereince. I do believe it is a personal and very unique experience for each person. Counseling is a deep dive, its an archeological dig, and it is the road to a more balanced and healthy path in life. I believe that it takes courage and bravery to face our issues in life and I am here to help support this journey. I believe my approach reflects my own experience in counseling. I was fortunate enough to have a phenomenal counseling experience and I would like to pass that on to others. I have worked in the field for over 25 years, with all types of people in all types of situations, and I do believe that in the safe space of counseling change can occur and healing happens.
