I have been practicing as a Psychotherapist since 2011. My belief is that everyone was born with the potential to live happy fulfilling lives. I provide trauma informed therapy and I am skills based. I specialize in treating teenagers and adults who experience challenges managing depression and anxiety related to trauma and life issues. I am empathetic, warm, and non-judgmental.
