I live in the mountains in Idaho and enjoy recreation like riding horses, hiking, and skiing. I have a BS in Secondary Education and MS in Counseling. I hold a clinical license in counseling and a school counselor certification. I have experience working with all ages. I have 10 years of experience with gerontology, eating disorders, adolescents, domestic violence trauma, veterans, inmates and probation/parole, women’s issues, and family systems. I use child-centered play therapy in childhood development, Autism Spectrum, attention deficits, divorce, and peer conflict. I use many approaches in counseling including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Logotherapy, guided imagery, EMDR, and faith-based, and holistic therapies.
