I love helping my clients achieve their goals whether it be to understand themselves better, develop better coping skills, heal from a painful event, and/or improve their relationships. I draw from a variety of interventions and orientations to develop a treatment plan that will best fit their goals and facilitate growth and healing. I provide therapy to individuals ages 18 and up. I treat a range of issues including (but not limited to) anxiety, OCD, depression, eating disorders, codependency, self-harm, trauma, and interpersonal conflict.
